At Termila Naturals, we are committed to providing high-quality natural herbal products sourced with care. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.



Returns



You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible for a return:


  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required.



Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, opened or used items cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.



Non-Returnable Items



The following items cannot be returned:


  • Opened herbal teas or leaves
  • Used soaps or body products
  • Custom or bulk orders
  • Gift cards




Refunds



Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved:


  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • It may take 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.



Shipping costs are non-refundable.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product



We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
